Join us in this 60 minute meditation session with certified practitioner and mindfulness meditation teacher Shazia Zaman. Learn about mindfulness and its many benefits. This practice will offer an opportunity to relax, experience clarity and calmness, and increased resilience. A quiet space is recommended for the duration of this program. Followed with Q&A. Open to new and skilled practitioners.
