The Zen of Travel
It is in moments of discomfort we may get a glimpse into what stands in our way of attaining peace. The experiences we encounter with family, in our travels, and in many public places are teachers. How we engage with these teachers and what lessons we learn can lead us to wisdom, or suffering. Wise choice is a gift.
Recharging
In our hectic lives we often forget to connect with ourself. This connection is an invitation to turn inward. Acknowledging with kindness what we encounter, and bringing compassion to all parts of ourself. This loving connection allows us to be grounded in the present, and can help access a clear mind. Meditate and recharge.
