Mindfulness Meditation: Waking Up

Awareness of a present moment arising, from a place of non-judging witness is a ‘Waking Up.’ Join us in this beautiful meditation as we explore techniques to cultivate awareness as a sustaining practice. Learn the benefits of staying present for emotional regulation, and for mental and physical well-being. This is a guided meditation and open to new and experienced practitioners. This event will be followed by Q& A.

  • Virtual event will take place via Zoom. A zoom link will be sent a few hours prior to the event.
