Mindfulness Meditation: On Grounding

Grounding is the practice of bringing one's attention into the present moment, and reorienting awareness into the body. This technique helps soothe the nervous system and alleviate feelings of anxiety to promote a greater sense of peace and well-being. This is a guided meditation and open to new and experienced practitioners. Followed with Q&A.
