This is a 30 minute live virtual meditation session on zoom, sponsored by the Burlington County Library System. Our thoughts impact our mental and physical health. Learn to work with thoughts; observe and let go of unproductive thoughts through a series of guided meditations. Reclaim peace, presence and clarity. Followed with a Q&A. Open to new and skilled practitioners.
